Minnesota has kept their team virtually the same from last season except added Napheesa Collier to their lineup and she is averaging a little over 20 plus points per game. This is going to add some more offense to the Lynx who are better known for their defense. The Lynx are on the road in this first game of the season and they have gone over the total in five of their last seven road games. Dallas doesn’t have a good defense but they love to run and gun and they have gone over the total in 17 of their last 25 games and more recently are 7-2-1 to the Over in their last ten meetings. The first game will be a feeling out process for both teams and playing any lockdown defense will be limited so there is value in taking the over. Best bet: take Over the Total.
