The Wild are coming into this game with the series tied 2-2 and they have played very well in this series so far. Their only bad game in this series was the 1st game which they lost 4-2, but the Knights also scored a very late empty net goal that was a very close call with the final buzzer so that was a much closer game than the score suggests. The other 3 games in this series have been much better for the Wild as they have won 2 of the games by scores of 5-2 and they are coming off of a loss in their last game, but that was a very close 4-3 loss in OT. Gustavsson has been a big part of the Wild's success in this series as he has been playing very well in their games. He has allowed 3 goals or less in 3 of the 4 games in this series, allowing just 2 goals or less in 2 of the last 3 games, and even in their last game which he allowed 4 goals in, he still made 42 saves on 46 shots with another great performance. The Knights have struggled to figure out this hot goalie for the Wild and that is going to continue in this game despite the Knights being at home. The Knights did lose the last game at home in this series 5-2 so the Wild are coming into this game with some confidence considering how well they have played all series. The Wild have also had the much better offense in this series, scoring at least 5 goals in 2 of their last 3 games, and a lot of that has been because Hill has not been good in net for the Knights. Hill has been giving up a lot of goals in this series and he has not been facing many shots either, allowing at least 4 goals in 2 of their last 3 games and allowing those 4 goals in each game on 21 shots or less. Gustavsson has been playing on his head in this series and the Wild are going to play tighter defense on the road with this being a key game in a 2-2 series, the Wild will keep this game close.
