They are down 3-1 in the series after losing both of their home games, but they have not played poorly in this series as every game has been close. The only game that was not close in this series was game 1, but that was also a game that the Pistons led for quite a bit before completely falling apart in the 4th quarter. They did win game 2 on the road though and even their 2 losses at home were both by 2 points or less. Their defense was much better in that game as well and they have held the Knicks under 100 points in 2 of their last 3 games as well. The Pistons also won 3 of the 4 meetings with the Knicks this season, winning the last 3 straight, so they have been playing close games with the Knicks all season and even if they lose this game and eliminated here, they will keep it close. The Pistons are going to get up for this game since they are facing elimination so they are going to hit the Knicks with everything they have to try and extend this series. This is a good spot to take the Pistons with their backs against the wall as they are going to bounce back with a win here or at least keep the game very close trying. The Pistons will cover the spread in this game.
