They followed that one up with 2 wins against the Georgia State Panthers and the Virginia Cavaliers in their last game. Sam Howell played well in that game as he completed 14/21 passes for 307 yards, 5 touchdowns and 1 interception. Their run game had a big day in that one with Ty Chandler leading the way for the. He had 198 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns on 20 carries while Sam Howell was right behind him with 112 rushing yards on 15 carries. Josh Downs had a massive day for the receiving corps as he had 203 yards and 2 touchdowns on 8 receptions. Khafre Brown also had a good day with 75 receiving yards and 1 TD on 1 reception. Cedric Gray led the defense with 5 solo tackles and 1 assisted one while Jeremiah Gemmel had 5 solo tackles himself. Kaimon Rucker led the team in sacks with 2 while Tomon Fox also recorded 1 in that game. It was Ja'Qurious Conley who had the only interception in that game for his team. Jordan Yates had a pretty good game in that one as he completed 20/33 passes for 203 yards. They did not have much of a run game though as he also led the team in rushing with 32 yards on 6 carries. Jahmyr Gibbs was right behind him with 30 rushing yards on 11 carries. Kyric McGowan led the receivers with 82 yards on 4 receptions. Tariq Carpenter led the defense with 9 solo tackles and 4 assisted ones in that game. No one on the defense was able to record a sack or an interception in that one though. They have scored 74 points in their first 3 games and they have allowed their opponents to score 53 points against them. Their offense is averaging 383.3 YPG while their defense is allowing 285.7 YPG.

 

The GT Yellow Jackets have not looked too good on offense this season especially up against the FBS teams they have played. They have not allowed too many points either but they are struggling to score in those games. UNC has finally let their offense out, almost putting up 60 points in back to back games. Ever since they lost their first game they have responded with 2 wins of more than 20 points in each. Georgia Tech does not even get the home advantage here even though it will be in their state still. UNC is likely going to crush them here as they will not want to lose another conference game with the 1 loss already. Their offense will score enough points in this game to cover the spread, that is the best bet to make here.
