Central Michigan vs Oklahoma State Prediction

The current betting odds have CMU listed as a 21 point underdog according to Draftkings Sportsbook. CMU had a pretty good season last year as they finished 9-4 and were one of the better teams in their conference all year, but they will be looking to improve on that season and finish even better this year. They had the luxury of seeing both their QB and starting RB from last season return to the team this year, they did lose their leading receiver but they still have a lot of talent on the receiving corps that will be able to pick up the slack and move this offense well. Oklahoma State also had a very good season last year as they were the best in the Big 12 but according to them, they still weren't good enough last year not getting into the final four. They have also had a lot of their key offensive and defensive pieces return to the team for this season. They used to be a team that scored a lot of points in their games and basically won their games by outscoring their opponent in a shootout, but the last 2 seasons they have had a much better defense as they have not allowed many points in their games and their offense has not had to score a lot in their games as a result. They were perfect at home last season but won a lot of games with great defense and did not blow many teams out in those games, especially by this many points. OK State has been getting better each year on defense and they should not have to score a lot of points here to win this game at home. The best way to place a bet here is on CMU to cover the spread in this game and keep it close.
