Texas vs Oklahoma Prediction

The current betting odds have Texas listed as a 14 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Texas has looked great in their games this season with their 5-0 record overall and their 1-0 conference record which has them ranked as the best team in the country right now. They are coming off their first SEC win against Mississippi State and they are also coming out of their bye week. Meanwhile, Oklahoma has looked good in their games this season with their 4-1 record overall, but they are 1-1 in their conference games. They already suffered a loss at home to Tennessee and their offense hasn't looked good at all this season. They are coming out of their bye week too so they have had extra time to prepare for this game, but even their last game which was a road win against Auburn was a very fortunate win with the team trailing late. The defense has been good for Oklahoma, but the offense has been a big issue all season and they have already benched their QB who started the season. Texas has a really good offense and they are going to be even better with Ewers back in the lineup for this game. Oklahoma's defense will only be able to do so much until this Texas offense is too much for them. The offense won't be able to stay on the field either since this Texas defense has improved a lot, so don't expect Oklahoma to move the ball easily in this one. There is nothing Texas wants more than to blowout Oklahoma in this game after losing to them last season. The best way to place a bet here is on Texas to cover the spread in this game.

Texas Oklahoma Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, October 12, 2024 (3:30 pm ET start time) is Texas 38 Oklahoma 17.
