An Eastern Conference matchup that is simply not fair. It is a full mismatch. The Brooklyn Nets are missing PG Spencer Dinwiddie, SF Cameron Johnson, backup forward Royce O'Neale, C Nic Claxton… and full-time knucklehead Ben Simmons…. That is 50% of the team’s top players. The Nets have not completely collapsed since trading away Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant… They did add MIkal Bridges and Dorian Finney Smith! Those are good players.. Those are good two-way players… but for Santa’s Sake! They will need some help in order to take on the best Eastern Conference team with the best player in the world. The Milwaukee Bucks recently lost to snap an impressive 16 game winning streak, but the damage was done… They are now firmly in first place ahead of the Boston Celtics. Now the Bucks will most likely sit PF Giannis Antetokounmpo because of right hand soreness and that is a big deal. The great betting opportunity here is in figuring out the difference between the Nets missing everybody and the Bucks missing Giannis.

Nets: SG Mikal Bridges. Though his natural position is as one of the league's best 2-way small forwards… he can still do damage at the guard position. This team is on the precipice of something good if they retain Mikal and Dorian and build around that core.
Bucks: SF Khris Middleton. Khris missed a ton of time with injury but even when he returned and the team had him coming off the bench?.. He could always score about a point per minute on the floor. With Giannis out he will have yet another big game.
