Bengals vs 49ers Prediction

The current betting odds have the Bengals listed as a 3.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Bengals are only 3-3 this season as they got off to a terrible start this year but they have looked a lot better in their games lately. They have to travel for this game against the 49ers who are 5-2 overall and have looked like one of the best teams in the NFL all season, but now the 49ers will be missing Purdy in this game so it will be their 1st time this season rolling out Sam Darnold to start. The Bengals are going to try and take advantage of the 49ers without their starting QB and the 49ers defense hasn't looked that great in their last 2 games either. Look for the Bengals to exploit the 49ers defense with their offense and their consistency at QB will be what gives them the edge here. The best way to place a bet here is on the Bengals to cover the spread in this game.

Bengals 49ers Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, October 29, 2023 (4:25 pm ET start time) is Bengals 20 49ers 17.

Notable Quotes

“It’s better to win ugly than lose pretty. That’s the first thing that hit me when I walked off the field. At times it felt ugly, especially on offense, but again our defense stepped up and made some big plays for us that allowed us to get out of there.” - Zac Taylor after his team’s win against the Seahawks in their last game.

“We came in with the right mindset. We’ve just got to execute better.” - Brock Purdy after their loss against the Vikings in their last game.
