BYU vs Arizona State Prediction

The current betting odds have Arizona State listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Arizona State has looked really good in their games this season with their 8-2 record overall and their 5-2 conference record which has them right near the top of the Big 12. They have put themselves in a good position to make the Big 12 Championship and they are going to have a ton of momentum, coming off a huge road win over Kansas State which pretty much ended K-State's hopes of winning the Big 12 this season. Meanwhile, BYU has looked great in their games this season with their 9-1 record overall and their 6-1 conference record which has them right at the top of the Big 12. They were undefeated for most of the season, but they are coming off their first loss in their last game, losing to Kansas at home by 4. That loss has been coming for a few weeks now with BYu looking really shaky in their games over the last month, and this is a huge game for them since a 2nd loss would put them in a terrible position to make the Big 12 Championship, especially if that loss happens to Arizona State who is making a case for themselves. Arizona State has a ton of momentum from their win last week, they just got one of the best running backs in the land back from injury, and they have looked great in their home games all year with their 5-0 home record. The best way to place a bet here is on Arizona State to cover the spread in this game.

BYU Arizona State Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, November 23, 2024 (3:30 pm ET start time) is Arizona State 24 BYU 13.

Notable Quotes

"They had a really good game plan. Looking at the stats, we just didn't make enough plays and (made) way too many mistakes to come out with the victory." - Kalani Sitake after his team’s loss against Kansas in their last game.

“Everybody keeps saying, 'Oh, there's a reason they're winning and it's not because they're good.' That has to bother you. This is the first week I really dove into that. I was pulling things out to show the guys for motivation this week. We really dove into people not believing in the football team, and not believing in the guys, and I think they responded." - Kenny Dillingham after his team’s win against KSU in their last game.
